How to edit profile on forum.opera, like add social, website, blog and hidden my email?

See your avatar over there in the top right corner? If you click on it you'll see an option "Edit profile" - that covers website, birthday and so on. After you save that, click on the three dots (right side near the top) and choose Settings, and you'll be able to set whether people can see your name, email, and various forum settings.
