Opera in fullscreen

Hi there,
how can I configure Opera to start in fullscreen mode?
I have Opera in autostart, to show one certain webpage the whole day, everyday. Therefore I dont need the address- or tab bar.

@peterpanpeter There is no setting for it, you need to use a command line.
