YouTube Videos are extremely zoomed in!

Hi all,
I've been using Opera on my Windows 10 laptop for months with no issues.
Before a week or so, I can't watch videos online anymore. The videos on all websites including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter etc.. are extremely zoomed in and appear to be black & white.
The problem happens with the popout too and Chrome does not have this problem.

Any idea on how to fix this problem?!

@elgameel Do you have tabs preview enabled by chance?
