it does not work in my Surface Book 2, 3240*2160.

Look at Preferences file - tab_cycling -.

To find that file, follow the signature's BackUp link.
You can use JSonEdit to open it.
Keep a Bckp before.

@zalex108 That setting hasn't been working since a while. I need to check but I guess it was already removed, at least on Opera developer.
