Opera and Nat West banking?

I've been getting "This site can’t be reached" when accessing https://www.nwolb.com/default.aspx for the last few weeks. Is this a known issue?

I love the features of Opers, but it's a bind to have to switch to Chrome every time

They're also one of the banks that constantly nag you to install Trusteer Rapport, which doesn't support Opera.
