Where is Themes in main menu

Change the look of your browser with themes
You can change how your start page and other Opera pages appear by applying themes. There are a few themes that come with Opera. You can find them in the theme manager by selecting Themes from the main menu.

That's what the help page says but the main menu doesn't have Themes listed
