facebook not displaying correctly

Hi I'm a returning user of Opera, I started again simply because they brought bookmarks back.
In Facebook the search bar is below the blue header, instead of part of it. Is this a known issue and easily solveable please?

are you using extensions for Facebook customization or something like that -

I now have one in but not when I first installed. It's been like that since I downloaded it

ahh it's not just that search box, the CSS is out here and there on other things too.
I'm using the portable version 12.18 -

Development of Presto (engine) has stopped, couple of years ago
and there is many new things on the web -

Are Opera not updating the portable version then?
AFAIK that portable version was never official.
Development of Opera Presto (Opera 12.x and older) stopped about three years ago except for a security update about two months ago.
Regarding the issue, have you checked if author mode and/or content blocker aren't enabled by chance?
