KIOSK MODE WON'T WORK

I've tried -k, -kiosk, - kioskmode, /k, /kiosk and /kioskmode with no luck. I add those switches to the shortcut target and Opera just opens normally. Any suggestions?

What is the version of Opera? Kiosk mode is only supported in Opera Presto (Opera 12 and older)
