Cannot update Opera!

I am using Opera 53.0.2907.68 on Windows 7 Home 64-Bit on a desktop. I am trying to update Opera via the "About Opera" option under "Menu". This is what I get repeatedly:

This also occured on my laptop but finally worked after two refreshes. It will not work on my desktop though. What do I do?

Also, this seems to be a reoccurring issue for Opera. Maybe Opera should design better products.

Ok, I understand. But it happened to me on two different computers in the past day. I think the problem is on Opera's end.

@greenyellowred It can be but most of the times it is something on the user system preventing the update.
