Why opera don't work with Manycam

Why opera does not show video call using google Hangout chat. I tried to do video call using Manycam but it don't work, It's all black the video don't show up... Any assist?

I looked up Manycam. It looks like a separate program. What does it have to do with Opera? Does it use Opera in some way? Is the issue with Google hangouts have anything to do with Manycam or are you just saying you have an issue with Google Hangouts too?

What OS and version of Opera are you using?

Where does one need to go and what does one need to do to test and see what you're encountering?
