Pages flashing

While moving through the tabs there is a white flash that happens while tabbing. I normally wouldn't mind but as a migraine sufferer this is very aggravating and makes my head hurt. It doesn't matter at what speed you are going through the tabs, the flash still happens.

The flashing on my Opera isn't white, It's a black bar that takes up almost half the web page and affects my PTSD and Migraines
