I use bing a lot, but if I search with bing in opera it misses half of it's functionality. The things I'm talking about are the advanced search configuration settings like length, date, resolution under videos and image size, type and layout under images. Bing works like it's supposed to on ALL! other browsers, even in Vivaldi that just recently came out. Same with other search engines like google or yandex. Everything works fine except bing in opera. It doesn't change even if I disable all of my extensions. Please help. I like opera a lot, but considering how much I use bing search, I'm thinking on switching to another browser. The funny thing is that bing is one of your default search engines, which you can't remove, change or add new ones, and yet it doesn't work properly. Seriousely, what is this?

Bing seems to be doing browser sniffing with Opera. Use an extension to change Opera's user agent and you will probably get a different page from Bing.

Thank you so much! An extension called User-Agent Switcher did the trick. Though opera should do this by default or something.

It's a Bing/site issue, Opera can only ask them to change its behaviour or, as a last option, create a site patch.
