No Theme Option

Just reformatted my laptop, and installed the latest Opera browser
52.0.2871.99 stable 64bit. No where in the settings is there an option for themes. There is an option for wallpapers, but that's it. Was themes included with this release?

@lobsterman Nothing has changed, the wallpapers are what was formerly know as themes.
