sleepdetectorserv after I close Opera

When I close Opera, a new pop-up appears in the taskbar in Windows with the Opera Logo and is named sleepdetectorserv

It only appears for a second, then disappears after Opera closes.

I have never seen this previously and have just noticed it within the last few days.
What is it? Is it safe? Can I get rid of it?

Windows 7 Home 32bit
Opera version 52.0.2871.99
Extensions in Opera:
Adblock Plus 3.0.3

Close & Clean Version 1.1.0.0 by singleclickapps
