Difficulties with uTorrent install

Hi there,
I am using a fully updated 64bit version of Pclos and now wish to use Opera as my browser combined with uTorrent, which is also installed.
Clicking on the uTorrent icon > options > preferences does not allow me to open advanced section > Web Ui.
I have the instructions before me, but they are not working.
I am obvious missing something, but what.
I have searched for an answer, but do not fully understanding what I read.
If I click on "check the settings" the result is zero.
Could some helpful soul please put me on the right track, thank you,

@sevenjen What do you want to do? uTorrent and Opera don't work together as far as I know. Or are you talking about some extension?

Thank you leocg,
I would like to use Opera with VPN to download files using uTorrent.
The following confirms uTorrent is an extension of Opera "uTorrent easy client extension - Opera add-ons

I have uTorrent installed but cannot enable it with Opera.
Opera works fine otherwise.
Hoping more words of wisdom will come my way.

@sevenjen This is not possible since VPN works only in Opera and the torrents are downloaded in utorrent, even you using a 'remote control' extension.

@sevenjen Also, the extension was last update about two years ago, what is a long time before VPN was introduced.
