Why do I get the message "plug-in blocked"?

This happens on a website that has been excepted out of ad-blocker and it is using Flash. Doesn't seem to do anything, but wondered why it appears.

@spiritart It happens because a plug-in has been blocked.

What version of Opera do you have? What are your Flash settings in Opera?
