      I face substantial problems every time I update my Website. Opera will update the text but refuses to update pictures for weeks no end. That creates substantial problems. Opera is the only browser that does that. "Ms Edge" and "Firefox" display all changes correctly, straight away.
      It is a HUGE problem. The old pictures were replaced with the new ones in the server, so theoretically the pictures shown in "Opera" do not exists. "Refreshing/updating" shows no results at all.

        @tsambourakis What about other Chromium based browsers? Did you try emptying the cache?

          I don't use Chromium Based browsers. and YES I emptied the Cache. and History.
          I see no reason why the "Refresh" option (circle next to the 4 squares on the top left site) should to refresh/update a web-page/site. That's what the "Refresh" option does.

            @tsambourakis So you don't check if your site works with the most popular browsers?

            Well, any difference if you use Shift + F5?

              @tsambourakis F5 just Refresh a webpage - Shift + F5
              Reload the current page, ignoring cached content

              @leocg What does ctl+F5 do..
