Export Bookmarks?

What is the best way to export bookmarks from Opera 36 on Windows?
Seems like there is an extension but it doesn't support nested folders which I have plenty of.
It seems bizarre that there is no simple built in export function in Opera itself - I get the logic that they want to keep us....but seems like a really big flaw.

V7 Bookmarks extension will export with folder structure (and favicons, if you choose so)

In the Opera 52 stopped working:
• Exporting the bookmarks tree from Opera
• Export bookmark tree with icons from Opera
I like the extension but with Opera 52 conflicts,
I hope for a fix for compatibility. -
