Looking for Opera Portable 48

I can't find it in the Opera FTP.

I tried to make my own home-brewed folder out of 48 and Portable 51, that failed of course.

Alternatively, does anyone know how to make a portable version of a regular Opera 48 folder? Don't feel like using conversion software that requires registration and such.
