Option to disable "Scroll on tab click"

The new "scroll the page to the top on tab click" toggle feature is horrendous. Please give me an option to disable it.

Go to opera://flags, search for Scroll Active Tab on Click and disable it.

I came here looking for this answer.

It turns out, a second click on the tab
returns it to the spot it was down the page.
