<![CDATA[Option to disable "Scroll on tab click"]]>The new "scroll the page to the top on tab click" toggle feature is horrendous. Please give me an option to disable it.

I came here looking for this answer.

It turns out, a second click on the tab
returns it to the spot it was down the page.
