Serious issues with my browser

Hi everyone Im new here,
Im trying to figure out what is causing my browser not to be connected ( my tab bar is white and its giving me a message that I can barely read, saying it lost connection please wait ) and I can not watch video. Should I uninstall the browser? TIA for any help with this -
