Sync not working

I use Opera across many Windows 10 and Android devices. I've just set up a new machine at work, sign in to opera sync and nothing synchronises across. The check boxes for all of the sync items are checked. Also, if I log into the opera sync website, (sync.opera.com) it shows a 0 next to everything, almost like I don't have any sync data. I do have sync data as my bookmarks/speed dials sync across multiple devices already.
I've cleared the profile and reinstalled opera but no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The browser menu indicates that synchronization is in progress. But in fact in sync.opera.com anything is not saved
