Speed Dial Folder Font Color

Is there a way to make the FOLDERS you created in Speed Dial a different color (maybe green or orange etc.) ? This would let you find your folders right away as they are mixed in with other bookmarks. Also, is there a way to open Speed Dial bookmarks in a new tab. I know you can press the CTRL key at the same time you click on a bookmark but was just wondering if there was a setting for this that I'm missing. Thank you...Dave
