Pop-up asking me for confirmation every time.

I play a game that you nned to click a link to launch a 'standlone client'.

Today, when i click the link, a pop-up appears:

"Do you want to launch Dead Frontier to handle this link from 'fairviewcity.deadfrontier.com'?

It has a checkbox giving you the option to alway open the links from that site, but everytime I launch the client, the pop-up appears.

Known issue, see threads on other protocol handlers - mostly Torrent clients.
