Copy/Synch Speed Dial links

I have Opera v44 installed on 2 identical android tablets. How can I copy the Speed Dial links from one to the other.
I have both connected to the same Opera account, but I haven't noticed any effects of the 'sync'. Am I missing something?

@agabb You can access your other speed dials by taping on the the icon that looks like a monitor in speed dial/start page.

Using a Desktop version you can copy all the content from one SD Device to another.

They will not share the SD, you'll need to do that step periodically or use the way that Leo's said to access them from another device/s.

Thanks for both of these. For a handful of links opening from another device and saving to the current device works well.
Can someone tell me how to copy them using the desktop version? All I can see there is the current open page on each device.

Other SpeedDials and copy / paste them.

Keyboard shortcuts also works.
