Opera stopped working after Creator Update

I installed the Creator Update using a thumb drive and Opera works fine on a desktop w/ ethernet, On a laptop M$ pushed it down and broke Opera and Firefox, it is wireless.
Maybe someone will see something with those two results.

On the laptop, what exactly is the problem with Firefox and Opera? They won't start up or they won't connect to the internet or something else?
