Crash error on Hotmail with Opera 36?

When I open www.hotmail.com, it gives this cash message. However, after I click "Reload this page", then it will open this page. Please advise. Thank you !

BTW: my os is: win xp pro, 64bit.

@tongmeng Find the path to the profile folder on Menu > About Opera. Then go there and rename it.

I found that:
Install: C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera
Profile: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Opera Software\Opera Stable
Cache: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Opera Software\Opera Stable

Go where? And rename which folder? Thanks.

@tongmeng We are talking about profile folder/directory, so...

Go to the profile directory and rename it.
