I have inly 2 options in settings opera, not 4. Why?
How start Opera Turbo, or Turn off opera turbo?

This was a change made in Chromium, Opera can't do much about Chromium's choices.

You have to tick "show advanced settings" to see it. For easy access you can use this extension: https://addons.opera.com/de/extensions/details/turbo-button/?display=en
