Copy email from "Sent" to Windows file explorer?

Hi,
New user of Opera Mail 1.0 on Windows 10. Is there a way to copy email from either the "Sent" or "Inbox" to a Windows file folder?

I guess you should be able to save the message there.

Drag and Drop: No-symbol (circle with line)
Right click cut/paste: paste is grayed
Control C/Control V: command ignored
