how can I disable update of a certain extension ?

I REALLY NEED AN ANSWER TO THIS, PLEASE !!! !!!

is like almost every time when I open opera, the extension "tab suspender" update itself, and that means it will close all suspended tabs, JUST FOR FUN ... then sometimes they get recover, SOMETIMES THEY DON'T, but every time my windows and tabs get really screwed up, and I'm sick of it, and I need tab suspender, otherwise my computer won't work with so many tabs, is a necessary evil

so ... PLEASE !!!

You can't, at least not without disabling updating for Opera itself. And even doing it I'm not sure if things would work.
