Disable notification for downloads

Hello,
each time when I start a download, the small download window will open. Also, each time a download has been finished, the window will pop up too.
With version 12 I could disable notifications for finished downloads, and I could configure the download window NOT to come up when a download was started.
How can I configure such in version 49?

I don't think there is a setting for it.
