Un-ghost the "Close Tab" command for pinned tabs

Please add the capability to close a pinned tab by right-clicking on it and seeing an un-ghosted "Close Tab" command in the drop-down. Why should we not be able to close pinned tabs as easily as unpinned ones?

Pinning is to make sure they don't get closed when you do Close other or similar functions. If you want to close it, just unpin it first.

@sgunhouse I know I can unpin it to close it first, but other browsers allow me to close it without unpinning it first, and it would be easy to set the "Close Other Tabs" command to affect only unpinned tabs. In my view this is how tabs should be managed.
