What is "URL navigation filters"?

Greetings,

When I click Menu > Settings > Browser, and click the "Manage exceptions..." button, I get a URL navigation filters dialog box. Where can I find documentation on this? I'm wondering what is does.

I have Opera 49.0.

Read the line above the ' manage exceptions' button and you will find out what it does.
