Google image search not working correctly

When I search images on google I get this image sea rch from the year 2000 instead of the current modern and useful search.

This is what I get with opera:

And this is what I get with firefox or edge:

How can I fix it?

@dagonath I'm getting the correct page here. did you check with extensions disabled and with a clean profile folder?

Yes I've tried with all extensions disabled.

Yes I now tried with clean profile and still the same.

E: I activated Operas VPN service and now it shows it correctly. I guess it's something to do with my country?
