Browser will not open

This morning my opera browser stopped opening up from the icon on the taskbar. After several ties & not finding any information on this problem, i did a reinstall in hopes that would work. But no such luck. I can not open up the browser at all. Besides having all my bookmarks, etc. my email is connected to the opera bowser. How can this be fixed. I really like the browser.

Open Windows task manager, see if there are any Opera related processes running, end them and see if Opera opens.

Usually it works here.
