Did not see that in list of known issues - will this be fixed in next version? Feeds will appear again?

And I didn't say it was in a list of known issues, I just said that it is a known issue. 🙂

will this be fixed in next version?

Don't know, I guess so since it impacts the users experience.

        Feeds will appear again?

I guess we all hope so.

What's strange - that I installed Opera Beta (from scratch) on the same machine - logged -in for Sync - still don't see MY RSS feeds.
It is machine-related issue or sync-related?

I really concerns me - as I don't want to loose all my RSS.

Since the feeds were no longer there, maybe Sync thought they were removed and synced it?

I can confirm. Had over a hundred rss feeds synced up. All gone now in the latest update. It's a good thing I have an external rss feed setup as a backup and because it's more comfortable to use or I'd have lost all my sources. 😞 😞

I don't want to loose all my Feeds 😢 there were no backup as I've been using RSS in Opera as primary rss feed - why do I need to care about backups if they must be back'ed up and sync'ed via opera servers - that was the premise of all this sync approach, isn't it? And I could do backup locally - but I have no idea where to look for them. Where Opera stores them internally on my machine?

Opera guys - could you confirm you'll resolve the issue and return our RSS feeds after issue fix?

Guys - could somebody from opera confirm that you have bug report for that? Or should I create new one? Just want to be sure - it'' be fixed. Or any comments - are welcome.

Should I forget about opera RSS feeds and start using plugins? Or how it's possible to export/create local copy of these rss feeds - If I need to re-create them - I don't want to repeat this "Failure way" and re-create one-by-one 💣

I see in latest dev build 2723 mention of "Fix for “My sources” in personal news." - is it the one we're talking about?
Anyway I've updated - issue is still there - no personal RSS feeds.

Because you are running an alpha version of a software? And also because a sync service is not a backup service?

Yes, they have. It was already mentioned in the blog.

                      • is it the one we're talking about?

                      Most probably.

Your answer is in today's post about ddveloper build release on Desktop Team blog.

Sure it is an alpha version, so, it is surprising to lose those personnal sources of news, but not unfair.
And now the problem is gone…

Still, I agree with what has been said :

                          — Is there a way to smoothly export those feeds in order to back them up ?
                          — where are those feeds internally stored ? Because I see a bookmark file, and an history file, but nothing that seems to explicitly relate to the personnal news.
                          — Are those feeds synced ? They are not in list of items we can synced, but maybe they are under another category, if that is the case, why not create a personnal news category to synced ?

                          If someone knows…
