Keep Getting Search Results In Another Language

I keep getting search results in another language although I have changed it to English many times. Is there a fix for this. I am using the VPN feature.

For some reason, Google does that when you use the VPN. The seem to redirect you to their Ukrainian search (google.ua). Known issue, people here and at Opera are trying to figure out why ...
