I received a notification from Opera Mini app for Android saying that I can win a smartphone if I update the app. I updated it via Google Play and it opened the web-page upgradeoperamini.com. Is it official ??.

Also, I could not create an account on this forum via the same Opera Mini app for Android, because it doesn't support CAPTCHAs. Doesn't it sound strange?:)

As far as I know Mini is updated through Play Store/Apple Store or by going to m.opera.com

That site seems to be registered by Tucows Domains Inc and has no relation to Opera Software. Tucows is (or used to be) a software download site.
