Disable greying of non-domain fields in address bar?

Is it possible in Opera to disable the greying of the URL parts other than the domain name (disable highlighting the domain name)? I'm having trouble reading the URL so I'd like to have it displayed in solid black. In Firefox, this setting is referred to as "browser.urlbar.formatting.enabled".

I'm using Opera 30.0.1835.88 and Opera 36.0.2130.65 (standalone installs).
