Is there a way to enable the gray bar in speed dial? I f** hate the new speed dial!!!

Ah, got it now. (Looks black to me! ) I take it the screenshot is from a version earlier than 33, and in 33 you don't have this bar at the bottom of the Speed Dial?

If you are talking about the old navigation bar, it was replaced by the new one a while ago.
If you are referring to bookmarks bar then you need to enable it in settings.

leocg, I don't think he's talking about the Bookmarks bar. In the original post, the screenshot has a red rectangle drawn around the bar at the bottom of the Speed Dial page, where the options for Speed Dial, Bookmarks, Discover, etc., are located. He's saying that he doesn't see that in Opera 33.
As for the enabling the Bookmarks bar, do Alt+P or Menu > Settings, and scroll down to User interface. Check Show the bookmarks bar.

Settings > User Interface > Check "show the bookmarks bar"
The bar on your picture should be there by default, you probably just have got some test build. What is the complete version of Opera?
