I'm having trouble watching streams on twitch.tv. It works, but the streams constantly buffer every 10 secs. This only happens on the highest quality setting. Dropping the quality down stops the buffering. Is it not recommended to watch high quality video with Opera VPN? Is there a way to disable VPN just for Twitch without having to constantly press the VPN on/off button?
