Why Facebook uses so much ram? Like 150MB

I don't think it's that much.

Lots of midia, javascript and so on.

Sometimes it is 220MB

Depends on how much data you expand on a FB page. If you open 2000 comments, it will be ~400 MB. In IE11, only 170 MB. Chromium is quite a resource eater.
