Hi,
Today in a OperaPortable install from PortableApps I've seen this screen.

The installation isn't fresh but didn't seen it in my other Opera versions, (maybe I made a new profile and didn't remember).

Are you seen it in a no fresh profile?

Would be nice to see this changes even in a no new installation.

That page usually pops-up when there is a major update.

Now I remember,
I've seen different "Welcome" websites long time ago and kept the tab opened to check for changes, if any. :rolleyes:
