Opera 45 I Blue line in YouTube full screen mode

I updated today to v45 and started having following issue (you wont see it on a screenshot, so i made two photos):

Of course, the line is only blue because my desktop wallpaper is bluish; if i had red wallpaper, the line would be red as well.
Already tried:
-disable all exts
-create new user folder
-install portable version
-reinstall

Opera: 45.0.2552.812 (PGO) (x64),
Windows 7 Ultimate x64,
RES.: 1920x1080 native

Same problem as kotthecat.

Blue line when watching, e.g. youtube videos in full screen mode.

Opera: 45.0.2552.812 (PGO) (x64), Windows 7 Pro x64, Res.: 1280 x 1024

Opera developer 46.0.2590.0 (PGO) no line!

I'm not seeing it on Windows 10.

BTW, what is your graphic card? Any changes if you disable hardware acceleration?

Mine is GTX 980, driver 382.05, but as i alredy mentioned, there is no such issue on other browsers and Opera 44.x
Disabled hardware acceleration, rebooted Opera but still no changes.

Is this not going to be fixed? Could you please provide this issue to the devs? I do not know how to do this...

I have the same problem in all sites. It's taskbars color. I change taskbar's color and this line's color changed.

Looks like we got switched from a stable browser to an alpha-quality UI overhaul by a regular auto-update.

Thanks to everything being based on Chromium nowadays, a switch to a better browser is only five minutes away.

It's fixed on latest beta 46. if not before, should reach stable channel when 46 reaches that channel.
