Opera is forgetting website settings

Hi,
I searched and searched but didn't find an answer.
Every time I open Opera, doesn't matter if I restarted my computer or not, it losses it's settings for each website I previously used (e.g. Youtube will have auto replay enabled). Also, every time I enter a password, and I'm prompted to "save" it when I check Settings > Privacy > See Saved Passwords there is nothing there. It's empty...Any solutions? Can this related to the fact that OperaAutoUpdater.exe crashses everytime I restart my PC? Mhm? HELP?!
Thanks -

Do you have cookies enabled?

What about general settings, they are kept? Try a clean profile and see if the problem remains.

See if your Opera installation is regular and not standalone.
Also, there is this "Clear all browsing data": check if nothing extra is checked and "on exit" isn't enabled.

My Opera also forgets website’s settings or cookies although it does not bother me that much.
YouTube is a great example with autoplay re-enabling itself regularly. Other sites also tend to load without cookies now and then. Refreshing the page typically resolves it.
I have also seen the problem on fresh installations of Opera. Chrome does not suffer from it.
Version: 44.0.2510.1218 (PGO) - Opera is up to date
Update stream: Stable
System: Windows 7 64-bit -

If the browser stuff is o'k, it might be some "overwatch" program issue: the AV or your cleaner mistakenly or not wipes out some stuff.
By not mistakenly I meant that it might still be a browser issue - it might misplace certain stuff in your file system, so that it could find it itself perhaps, but something else believes it's junk out of place.
Or those two can't get along.:) -

This means that you have a broken profile folder or that Opera is not being able to save data in that folder.
Firstly try a clean profile. If the problem remains, check with a portable installation.

@leocg It has been confirmed on two computers (new profile, Windows 10), so I am willing to share any info if required to debug.
I have yet to have a look at a portable installation, but it does not occur often enough to be a real nuisance for me, and refreshing the pages log me back in whenever it happens anyway.
YouTube is the most obvious with the autoplay switch turning itself on as well as cinema mode (enlarged player) turning itself off, but once again, I rarely use YouTube myself, so it does not bother me as much as it might seem.
