Opera addons bug: 5 star reviews, but addon listing defaults to 4 stars

I have noticed this bug in the addons store. Any addon with just 5 star reviews (does not matter if it is just one or more, all of them 5 stars) has its listing showing the addon only with 4 stars.
An example of this problem can be observed on this addon: https://addons.opera.com/extensions/details/pdfaid/
Notice how it has only two reviews and both are exactly 5 stars? Now look at the top and you see the addon with only 4 stars, despite the fact that the only existing reviews are all 5 stars.
This problem is also present in the listing of addons, meaning that there is absolutely no addon for opera with 5 stars just because of this bug since it is limiting the max review to 4 stars, for some strange reason.

I do not understand what happened, there were 2 five star reviews on that addon yesterday. Another one is this one, just one 5 star review, but the listing shows only 4: https://addons.opera.com/extensions/details/particle/
And yes, there are 5 star addons on the store, but only two in the entire store: https://addons.opera.com/extensions/?order=rated
It makes no sense that all the other addons show 4 stars when all of their reviews (or a single review) has 5 stars and nothing less.

Well, not all reviews are visible. See this extension for example. It has 61 evaluations but none is listed.
And before anything changes again, here is a screenshot showing the problem

So I guess the addons store is just pretty much broken, missing reviews and 5 star reviews that are converted to 4 star reviews.
