website does not display because there are too many re-directs

I am not sure why Sharepoint-based websites are not appearing on my browser.
I posted a screenshot on my social media page, this error keeps popping up every so often and it has me clearing the cache all the time if I remember well.

Maybe this page has the solution but how am I supposed to know?

So it's probably something related to Chromium.

How other browsers behave.

BTW, what version of Opera and OS? Where the problem happens and how to reproduce it?
