      Thanks for the class.
Never thought it was a planet because the brightness and color, just white.
When I commented about it was in the upper right, around a span, yesterday it was just in the right side. I suppose it was early.
I have a binoculars (just checked, it has 8x40), I'll check with them.
I used to use StarTracker to watch a star map through the camera.

      Earth! Nice place...
despite bad people trying to destroy it.

The planets wander about in the sky due to their orbits and our position in relation to them. In fact, the word 'planet' is derived from the Greek for 'wandering'. It's a bit like runners running around a track. If one of them passes another the other runner appears to be going backward as seen by the passing runner. The planets move in the plane of the ecliptic at different speeds so can vary in position from day to day. Venus is a light green colour at about 150x and I can often see slight colour variations in the surface detail of the clouds. Venus is bright because you are looking at the very reflective clouds that obscure its surface.

I've seen the Planets with the binoculars 🆙 but I have to invent something for binoculars do not move, at this distance are so small that even minimal vibration makes it almost impossible to observe.

Spotting scope? Telescope might be cheaper - small one anyway. Typical binoculars don't include a threaded hole to use with a camera tripod, whereas spotting scopes do.

I have a cam tripod, so I'll try to invent something 🙂
On the other hand, a telescope would be something to keep in mind, but although I like it, I do not spend much time looking at the stars at this moment.

If we all chip in, we could buy Hubble.

Hubble may take 5 to seven days to deliver though.

The Hubble seems a good opportunity.

These very days it still is the anniversary of Apollo 7: October 11-26 1968.
Apollo 8 hits 50 in December, Apollo 11 next July.
