Not too long ago I saved a .csv file of passwords. Now, in the latest version, I can't find how to import them. Has that been discontinued?

That feature never existed in Opera Chromium.

I'd say I was hallucinating but I have a file called "Opera Passwords03-11-17.csv," created on that date. How it got here is shrouded in mystery. (I keep forgetting to take my memory pills.) Tried importing from Chrome with no luck.

A csv file can be opened in Excel. It means comma separated value. It's basically a machine readable spreadsheet.

How it got here is shrouded in mystery.

Maybe you were using some extension? or may you exported directly from the passwords'file?
